Cancellation and Refund Policy

A.S.D. Garfagnana Rafting wishes to ensure maximum transparency in the management of bookings and online payments for sports activities. The conditions applied in the event of cancellation or annulment of a booking are set out below.

Cancellation by the participant

  • Up to 24 hours before the activity: the booking may be cancelled at any time. No monetary refund will be issued; however, a voucher of the same value as the amount paid will be provided. The voucher will be valid for 3 years from the date of issue and may be used to book the activity on another date.
  • Less than 24 hours before the activity or in the event of a no-show: the amount paid will be entirely forfeited and no refund or voucher will be due.

Cancellation by the Association due to bad weather or safety reasons

Rafting is an activity that depends on weather conditions and river water levels.
If the guides consider the weather conditions or water levels to be unsafe for carrying out the activity in complete safety, the excursion will be cancelled.
In this case, the participant may choose an alternative date. If this is not possible, a full and immediate refund of the amount paid will be issued.

How to request a cancellation

Any cancellation request must be sent promptly by phone or WhatsApp to +39 329 20 52 955, indicating the booking name and the date of the activity.
